WEST VIEW, Pa. — A 3-year-old quietly escaped his West View house through a newly installed doggy door at about 4:30 a.m. Tuesday.
The parents of the child said they woke up to find their child and boxer on the sidewalk of their Cornell Street home. – WTAE
